Ranks
*Guild Leader - Leader
*Officer - Officer with full guild privillages and are able to make guild decisions
*Elite - Top end DPS, tanks, & healers; able to stay alive, interrupt & crowd control well; good knowledge of the boss fights
*Soldier - Meets minimum raid requirements
*Raider - Active raiders (DPS classes should be doing atleast 2800dps. Tanks and healers will be judged by efficiency)
*Member - Members that do not normally raid
*Homo - Inactive Players
*Recruit - New members will be on a 3 week trial period

Assuming everyone signs up and shows up on time. Players will be raiding based on your ranks.

Starting this week, there will be some changes to DKP. We will be reducing points earned in Heroic Naxxramas.

Heroic Naxxramas DKP
5pts = Signed up, prepared and on time
2pts = Per Boss Kill
5pts = Staying until the end of the raid (Must sign up and on time to get this bonus)
- 5pts = Leaving early without finding a replacement from the guild
-10pts = Signing up and not showing up on time without telling an officer before the raid

Heroic Ulduar DKP
5pts = Signed up, prepared and on time
5pts = Per Boss Kill
5pts = Staying until the end of the raid (Must sign up and on time to get this bonus)
- 5pts = Leaving early without finding a replacement from the guild
-10pts = Signing up and not showing up on time without telling an officer before the raid

Ulduar Raids
-There will be a 2800dps requirement
-Tanks and healers will be judged by efficiency as well
-Those that do not meet these requirements will be replaced so please work on your gear, rotation, and bring flasks/food
-Please read up and have atleast a general idea of the boss fights. Kagaii has posted Ulduar strats on the forums.

We will be speeding up looting during raids starting this week.
*Everyone will have 10 seconds to place their bid on the item after it is posted on the raid warning.
*Everyone is required to know how much DKP you have and want to bid.
*Your points are posted on the DKP section of this site.
*If you have any questions, please ask an Officer before the raid.

Another way we can speed up the runs is if we can minimize the afk's to breaks after finishing a wing. We will not be waiting 10-20 minutes for someone to afk in between bosses. We will have to move on and replace you.
